Join Soul Sisters for a women’s circle where we will explore what realizations, sensations, and actions arise when you allow yourself to be vulnerable and honest.
We will go on a journey — through meditation, yoga, dance, and sharing — that will invite you to break down walls and open up to your truest self. We will round off the circle with herbal tea and more time to connect with one another.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal.
