Join Soul Sisters for a women’s circle where we will explore our relationship with our inner critic.

We will go on a journey that will invite you to bring awareness to the judge in your mind, and how it shows up in your body and life. We will acknowledge limiting beliefs and feelings, and begin to shift to a more loving and nourishing perspective of ourselves.

We will begin with a guided meditation that will lead into a yoga flow. Following the yoga flow, we will transition into a conscious dance. There will be independent journaling time, after which we will engage in an authentic relating exercise and a sharing circle. We will close with dedicated time for tea and connection.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal.
