Join us on Saturday 14 October, 2pm-3:30 pm at Yoga Hub Friedrichshain Studio to explore yogic wisdom and ways to introduce it into your life.
Throughout its long history, Yoga has produced many insightful teachings. These teachings are still relevant and useful for our modern, busy lives. Yogic core principles include discernment, detachment, trust, and contentment, among many others. These can guide us to connect more deeply with our true nature and develop perspective, resilience, and acceptance. Ultimately, our lives can grow more authentic, peaceful, and balanced.
Structure of the workshop:
1. Introduction: key insights and principles from Yoga philosophy.
2. Introspection: identifying crucial aspects of our lives we want to reflect and work on.
3. Ways forward: developing awareness, yogic techniques and other, accessible tools.
Come learn, reflect, discuss, and share together in a safe, inclusive, and supportive moment. No prior knowledge of Yoga is needed.
Please bring a notebook and pen.
Workshop facilitator: Clara is a student and teacher of Yoga philosophy. She trained in Nepal, under the guidance of her wonderful Indian teachers and mentors. She has found solace and strength in Yoga’s wisdom and strives to live by it every day, especially in more challenging situations.
