We will go on a journey that will invite you to embody gratitude and self-love, and to acknowledge your superpowers and the gifts you have to share with the world.Join Soul Sisters for a women’s circle where we will celebrate ourselves and our gifts.

We will begin with a guided meditation that will lead into a heart-opening yoga flow. Following the yoga flow, we will transition into a conscious dance. There will be independent journaling time, after which we will engage in an authentic relating exercise and a sharing circle.
