WOMEN'S CIRCLE with Sian

Join Sun&Moon Collective for a Women’s Circle on Saturday 30 September 7-10pm at Yoga Hub Friedrichshain Studio.

Together we will honour the new season by releasing and recentering.

We will go on a journey that will invite you to connect with yourself and bring awareness to what you want to let go of in this new season. Through release, we will recenter ourselves and create space for what matters most.

We will begin with a guided meditation followed by conscious movement. There will be independent journaling time, after which we will engage in an authentic relating exercise and a sharing circle. We will close with dedicated time for tea and connection.

Please wear comfortable clothes for movement and bring a journal and a pen or pencil.
