Join us for a Women’s Circle on Saturday 28 October 7-10pm at Yoga Hub Friedrichshain Studio.
Together we will release control and surrender to the magic of life.
We will go on a journey that will invite you to bring awareness to where and why you try to control things in your life. From this place, we’ll practice letting go, embracing the unknown, and trusting the process.
Experience includes:guided meditation, conscious movement, journaling, authentic relating, a sharing circle, and time for tea and connection.
Please wear comfortable clothes for movement and bring a journal and a pen or pencil.
