--------------------------------------- Join us for a Women’s Circle on Saturday 18 November 7-10pm at Yoga Hub Friedrichshain Studio. Together we will turn inward to connect to our inner knowing. We will go on a journey that will invite you to slow down, find stillness, and turn inward. Through turning inward, we will tune into and turn up the volume of our inner voice and intuition. Experience includes: guided meditation, conscious movement, journaling, authentic relating, a sharing circle, and time for tea and connection. Please wear comfortable clothes for movement and bring a journal and a pen or pencil.
