About the event

Workshop - Yin Yoga - A Journey into Sensations

In this workshop, we will explore how the practice of Yin Yoga can make us aware of the relationships between all aspects of self: mental, emotional, energetic, and how they are experienced in the body through physical sensations.

The session touches on the principles of Yin Yoga, the role of the breath in nervous system recalibration, with an exploration of a few Yin postures and breathing exercises and an opportunity to journal on the personal experience of each participant.

We will move between stillness and movement, between felt experience and self-inquiry - sharing/journaling/reflecting. The session will help you develop your capacity to feel the body on different levels, and navigate the ebbs and flows of life with resilience and grace.

Bring a journal/piece of paper, and a pen :)

Cost: 30€ or USC, Gympass, ClassPass + 23€

Payment info: in cash on site or via Paypal to alexandralaism@gmail.com
