1. When and how did you start practicing yoga

I signed up to my first fitness studio in Italy, which offered machines for training and a variety of courses. Yoga was one of them. I ended up just going every day for the yoga classes. Then I thought was better to leave the gym and find a proper yoga studio to practice.

Some interesting matters

1. Morning routine

I change depending on periods of life. Lately this: drink water - meditation -drink water - personal practice/what my body needs today - coffee.

2. Nutrition

Fresh fruits and vegetables every day are a must!

3. Favorite book/movie/music/café/restaurant?

 Movie: The Holiday, Music: 90's ,Café & Restaurant: Vietnamese and Thailandese

4. Hobby/ies

Walking in the parks looking for water to sit beside it, changing disposition of the house’s furniture, harmonizing songs and, since I am also a physical theatre performer, I really enjoy exploring vocal techniques and dance trainings.

5. Detox, yes/no, which

 Green tea and ginger.
