1. When and how did you start practicing yoga
When I was 21 years old I was living in Sydney, Australia for a few months. I wasn’t very familiar with yoga at that time but I was curious about it. One day I joined one of the groups who practiced on the beach and since then I never stopped practicing
2. Preferred yoga style?
Hatha is my favourite, but I practice different styles, depend on my needs and mood.

3. Tip for practitioners
​The practice and the progress is yours and only yours, don’t rush it. Every development takes time, enjoy it and learn from it

Shakti Mai from Prana Yoga College in Tel Aviv.

5. Teacher/s you follow in Berlin
There are great teachers in Berlin. I follow Stefan and Miriam Datt and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar from the Art of living movement

Some interesting matters
1. Morning routine
Before or after having a baby? Before, drinking tea, some yoga and meditation, drinking coffee, and mainly taking my time. After, drinking tea really fast, changing diapers and making weird sounds to my baby girl 😊

2. Nutrition
Vegan, try to keep it healthiest as possible.

3. Favorite book/movie/music/café/restaurant?
Book - Memoirs of a Geisha, Movie – Seven, Music – David Bowie, Restaurants – Hum, Soy, Kopps and many more, I love good food.

4. Hobby/ies
Traveling, dancing, watching good TV shows, spending quality time with my partner and people I love, enjoying a good glass (or two) of red wine

5. Detox, yes/no, which
Defiantly yes. Every 3 months I do my own version of Juice cleanse, and regardless I try to keep my nutrition and life style healthy and balanced
