Some serious matters

1. When and how did you start practicing yoga/ pilates?

When I was 18 and was high school.

My lovely neighbor at the time introduced me to yoga.

2. Preferred yoga style?

It really differs. But fundamentally I prefer a practice that is both mental and psychically adapting to the seasons and my mental state.

3. Tip for practitioners

Find out which part of the practice that you enjoy the most and then seek the pleasure! Take the opportunity to rebel a little against a world where we all want to preform faster and better, by just seek a time to enjoy being.

4. Your yoga influencer/Teacher

My former neighbor: Daphne Anna Geloia Dahlin and my teacher  Ann-Charlotte Monrad.

5. Teacher/s you follow in Berlin

I love to see what everyone is up to in Yoga Hub. Besides that a lot of the teachers in Yellow Yoga are really an inspiration <3

Some interesting matters

1. Morning  and evening routine

Morning: Fresh air, yoga  and then coffee! Evening: Journal, tea and reading.

2. Nutrition

I love the contrast in food - going for the best of both worlds. Sometimes very ayurvedic and healthy other times a halloumi im Brot is everything.

3. Favorite book/movie/music/café/restaurant?

Book: Bell Hooks – All about love
Movie: Gosh too tricky! But I went to see Little Women in the cinema three times.
Music: Just to narrow it down and be specific, I will say: Dolly Parton!

4. Hobby/ies

Dance, knitting, tarot, ceramic, hiking and being in nature in general.

5. Detox, yes/no, which

Nopes.

Bonus round: Where will you travel when it's possible again?

I think this period have reminded me to value to travel place that can open your eyes to something completely different. Therefore I would go to Uzbekistan, to experience and learn something new.
