1. When and how did you start practicing yoga
I have started practicing Yoga 9 years ago In India. I arrived at Rishikesh, which is known as a spiritual place, some will say as the capital city of Yoga. I have participated in a Hatha Yoga class and since then it became a part of my life.

Hatha / Vinyasa
3. Tip for practitioners
Listen to your body and keep in mind that Yoga is all about exploring and refining alignment that removes physical, mental and emotional obstacles. We need to build it gradually, according to our body's capability. If it’s tired - let it rest. If a certain position doesn’t make you feel comfortable- don’t force it on yourself and look for another variation of it.
4. Your yoga influencer/Teacher
Kosta Aldente, a Kundalini Yoga teacher inspired me by his approach to yoga and the human body. I met Kosta for the first time at a workshop that he ran at Yoga United Festival in June 2018 in Helenesee. Thanks to Kosta I was exposed to the world of Kundalini, which incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditations and the chanting of mantras. Since then, I have met Kosta in various workshops in Berlin and other festivals, and I always learn something new.
5. Teacher/s you follow in Berlin
I enjoy attending the classes at Jivamukti, Chimosa and Yoga Rebellion studios.
Some interesting matters
1. Morning routine
– A short mediation, coffee, breakfast, asanas (not necessarily every day or at the same order)
Vegetarian, almost vegan
3. Favorite book/movie/music/café/restaurant?
Book: 1Q84 Trilogy by Haruki Murakami. Movie: Total Love by Gur Bentvich. Music – Electronic, world music, rock, metal, oldies… pretty diverse J Café: “The Streets” at King George St, Tel-Aviv, especially because of good, old and nostalgic days. Restaurant: the best meals are at home.
I think that I am blessed that my profession is also my biggest hobby.
5. Detox, yes/no, which
My one and only experience was 3 days of juice detox 5 years ago but since then I am trying to enjoy a balanced and healthy diet lifestyle.
