1. When and how did you start practicing pilates?
I started practicing Pilates when I was in London, during my dance training analysing the aspects of biomechanics, physiology, physiology, somatics related to dance
2. Preferred pilates style?
It’s STOTT Pilates, it’s base on 5 principle: breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, scapula movement and stabilisation, neck and head placement. It is based on postural alignment, emphasizing neutral alignment, restoring the spine's natural curvature
3. Tip for practitioners
No tips for participants. No skills needed. Their body and especially brain are very much a good starting points
