Yoga was always in my life, but I started practicing regularly about 15 years ago. I got into Ashtanga yoga in Vienna during my studies. I was amazed by the transformation I witnessed, both mentally and physically.

Some interesting matters
1. Morning routine
After breastfeeding, I like to stare out the window with my cup of coffee. Then a traditional ‘Patience’ card game. A tradition that is passed by the women in our family for generations. Can’t wait to teach my daughter.
2. Nutrition
I’m a vegetarian. Addicted to Tahini.
3. Favorite book/movie/music/café/restaurant?
I’m a huge Woody Allen fan… and a regular at the ‘Späti’ on Choriner Straße.
4. Hobby/ies
Electronic Music festivals. Watch my daughter sleeps…
5. Detox, yes/no, which
Ayurvedic gentle cleanse- yes! especially in Autumn. Warms the body from the inside and helps reduce Vata.
