Some serious matters

1. When and how did you start practicing yoga

My first experience with yoga was when I was 16 years old and found an old yoga book in my parents library, which triggered my curiosity and made me start practicing yoga. Since then I got on and off the mat for about a decade and finally established a regular practice in London, where I lived for few years.

2. Preferred yoga style?

Traditional styles of yoga (Hatha, Shiva Shakti, Kundalini, Vinyasa).
