Some serious matters


1. When and how did you start practicing yoga/ pilates?

Although I do not teach yoga,I began my yoga practice with Hatha and Vinyasa in 2015. The reason I began to practice yoga, because I have danced since I was 5, therefore I wanted to try different movement practices. Recent years, I discovered yoga integrate with somatic and embodiment approach, this became my regular practice.

Pilates & Barre:

Pilates was one of the training modalities in my dance education, I began Pilates practice since 2012. I found the Barre practice while I was doing my Pilates teacher training.

 

2. Preferred yoga style?

Vinyasa / Somatic yoga /Embodied Yoga / Yin / Yoga Nidra

3. Tip for practitioners

Practice mindfulness, non-judgement and contentment.

4. Your yoga influencer/Teacher

Some interesting matters


1. Morning routine

Morning: Meditation in bed before get up, brushing teeth
drinking warm water, taking a morning walk. For physical practice I use Fascia roll to wake up the body and then some Yoga, Pilates and somatic movement practices / dance practice.

2. Nutrition

Kurkuma is the best!

3. Favorite book/movie/music/café/restaurant?

Book: Focusing, Movie: I Origins, Music: Caetano Veloso, Café: Weinerei,  Restaurant: Vietnamese Village

4. Hobby/ies

Eating, traveling, sleeping!

Yes! Kurkuma is the best!
