Come in contact: Contemporary dance partnering workshop

We will start with a soft full bodied warm-up focusing on spirals and dynamic stretching to prepare the body for weight sharing. We will move into partner contact, first through stretching, then through a variety of techniques and tasks. In the end, there will be a combination to bring together everything we have worked on. This workshop can be adaptable to different movement’s experience, and is open to anyone with a body.
