Join us for a practical workshop on nose cleansing using the Neti method.
The workshop will include explanations on the importance of cleanliness in breathing techniques and the significance of cleanliness in the yogic way – Kriya yoga, internal cleansing, physical and energetic. The workshop is suitable for everyone, using tools available to all at home!
No need for special water, specific tools (such as a Neti pot), just a cup, water, salt, and your nose, like new.
Why is it important to clean your nose?
· To allow a smooth flow of air
